Good Book or Other Source for Innovative Salad Dressings??

opinionatedchef | Jun 6, 2011 10:26 AM

I have not had much luck finding innovative salad dressings lately. Has anyone seen a book (or other source) with some good ones? btw, to give an idea of what i mean, a few dressing recipes that I have are made 'innovative' (for me) because they include:
--- Tofu base, cider vinegar, garlic, many herbs, many spices esp.Cumin
-- soy sauce, white wine, sugar, cumin
-- port, walnuts, walnut oil, shallots
-- orange and lime juices and zest, chipotle, garlic
--madeira, sherry vinegar, hazelnuts, haz. oil
--chevre, cilantro, pine nuts
-- beets pureed into orange mustard vinaigrette
-- miso

Has anyone experience with this book-(by Catherine Walthers') Greens, Glorious Greens! or her Raising the Salad Bar: Inventive Salads with Beans, Whole Grains, Pasta, Chicken and More ?
Thanks much!
