Good beans for decaf cold brew coffee?

kerns125 | Jun 30, 201705:04 AM     5

I've recently gotten into making cold brew at home, and although I like burnt rich chocolatey flavored coffee beans brewed hot, I've found that they taste pretty gross as a cold brew. I really like the bright flavor of Tiny Footprint's "organic cold press elixir" for my cold brew, but I need a decaf version to allow me to mix with the caffeinated version and drink more! I tried the Tiny Footprint organic decaf but it was too dark and toasty. Does anyone have a recommendation for a bright flavored decaf bean that would make good cold brew? TIA!
