thanks to everyone with suggestions for the west end.
We went to the touristy Ferguson Point. We ordered
two dishes, the halibut special(outstanding with
fresh berry sauce) and a tuna nicoise(so bad we sent
it back they graciously offered the salmon salad which
was excellent) The Fish House was so so. The cornish
hen was okay. I would only go with the discount.
I love Galloways little store on Denman. I brought
home loads of goodies. We loved the Marine Building,
too bad the coffee shop is mediocre.
I live in Seattle, but I am from New York City. So
I am always looking for bargains. Capers had my
favorite pasta on sale De Cecco.(89cents US$).
Does anyone know what happened to the owner of
West End Sushi? It was always my favorite.
Musashi is just okay.
