I'm planning on making a pumpkin pie for a celiac friend this thanksgiving & could use any help or expertise you might have in this arena...
I've found several recipes online for gf pie crusts but I'm hoping you might have some prior experience with gf baking & tips/suggestions. I don't want to have to test a ton of them out before thanksgiving to get a decent result.
The main crust types I've found are made with either rice flour & ground almonds or just rice flour without nuts. Please let me know what you've found to work & taste the best.
