Could someone give me a basic breakdown of this wine list?

I'm interviewing at a restaurant tomorrow and, while I adore wine and am half-French, I have a fairly tough time distinguishing between similar grapes and varietals. I mean, I know a grenache is lighter than a Bordeaux blend...simple stuff like that, but I was hoping someone might be able to help with an overview of the list I'm about to paste here:

Hedges CMS Red Blend, WA ‘12

Paul Mas Pinot Noir, France ‘12

Tapiz Malbec Mendoza, AG '12

Trinitas Old Vine Zin, El Dorado CA '10

Scarpetta Barbera del Monferato, Italy ‘12

Smith & Hook Cabernet Sauvignon, Central Coast CA '12

Moshin Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley CA '10

Duckhorn ‘Decoy’ Cabernet Sonoma, CA '11

Pedernales GSM Blend, Texas ‘11

Le Grand Pinot Noir, France ‘12

Falernia Carmenere, Chile '12

David Bruce Petite Syrah, CA ‘11

Arche Blend Texas’11

Querciabella Mongrana Maremma Toscana, Italy ‘10

Chappallet Cervantes Mtn Cuvee, Napa CA ‘11

Claus Preisinger Zweigelt Austria’09

Schug Pinot Noir Carneros, CA '10

Serras Del Priorat Spain '10

Cain Cuvee Blend Napa, CA '09

Produttori del Barbaresco Nebbiolo, Italy ‘08

Big Table Farm Syrah White Hawk Vineyard, CA’10

Beau Vigne “AmendmentXXI” Merlot Napa, CA '10

BV Reserve“Tapestry” Meritage Napa, CA '09

Famille Perrin Chateauneuf du Pape, France ‘10

Katheryn Kennedy "Lateral" Blend, CA '10

Miura Pinot Noir Santa Lucia Highlands, CA '09

Groth Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa CA ‘10

Anything significant I should know about these? Any standouts? Any info would be hugely appreciated. Thanks guys!
