Ginger and Green Onion Lo Mein

I've become addicted to the ginger and green onion lo mein from Sam Woo's BBQ in Alhambra on Valley. They make it differently from other places. The ginger and green onion are slivered and served raw on top of the noodles (thin egg noodles, as is the customary style in the area's HK shops). The sauce is drizzled on it all, rather than fried into the noodles. The soup is heavy on the cabbage, and comes to the table very hot in a large bowl. You "cook" the raw veggies in the soup, and then dip the noodles. The aromatic ginger and onion dominate over the rich base. It tastes alive!

What I want to know, is: are there any other shops that make their ginger and green onion lo mein in this style? I guess I'm looking for the ultimate ginger and green onion lo mein.

(In other preparations, the ginger and green onion are fried with the noodle, causing them to lose their aromatic essence, and the sugars dominate. The effect is rich, sweet, and meaty.)
