Gift from The Man for my birthday... a Presto PS-10 meat slicer. A great-looking machine, but I'm just not sure what my possibilities are... what do you use yours for? or what do you wish you had one for? And, very importantly: how do you clean it??? It is a great, but unexpected, gift and I'm not too sure of what I'll use it for other than slicing prosciutto and other cold cuts. Looking forward to your ideas!
