Gift basket suggestions needed for a wedding present

My friend is getting married in two weeks. She and her future spouse have everything they need in terms of china, housewares, linens etc. In lieu of this sort of gift I was thinking of having a basket/box of goodies shipped to them. I have looked at Zingerman's offerings and am very tempted by their selection. At the same time I was contemplating sending them a gift box from Penzey's instead of a basket. I'd be thrilled if I got spices from Penzey's but I'm not sure how it will go over, or if they even know about Penzey's. At any rate, I would like to do some comparison shopping so I was wondering about other places that are as good as Zingerman's or Penzey's?

Here are the parameters for purchasing the gift: She's pregnant so I can't give wine and she is also a vegetarian. He's a semi-vegetarian and he is very health conscious (which probably means no salami or sausage). They both love to cook and bake and like ehtnic foods. I'd like to spend anywhere between $75-$100, not including shipping. They live in Northern California and they have a natural foods co-op and a Trader Joe's nearby and they seem unimpressed with Whole Foods. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
