Went about a month ago and was quite impressed. The interior alone was enough to make you want to stay the evening. We were there during a full moon while snow was on the ground-just beautiful. The food will not knock your socks off, but you will feel quite satisfied, especially if you have a group with somewhat eclectic tastes. It is not too low brow nor too high. This area has been in sore need of a place like this and Gibbet Hill has done just that. I hope they continue to succeed.(especially since this is a great midway point for a NH friend and I!) Go for a casual meal, drink, bring the 'rents/grand'rents etc. You will walk away happy. They serve both lunch and dinner. Definitely make dinner reservations at peak times.
Any other satisfied chowhounds out there?
