Ghirardelli "ground chocolate". Is it good? Better than S.B. cocoa?

The label of this thing confuses me.
I see it at Zabar's, a round tin, gold-colored label with black lettering.
Seems tempting but I never tried Ghirardelli.
I do cocoa brownies with Scharffen Berger cocoa, and I love the flavor. Is the Ghirardelli flavor very different?
