Could you recommend a few favorite sources from butchers to meat counters for sandwich meats?
I'm describing the things I'm looking for as a range from cold cuts to charcuterie because I'm trying to cater to tastes that run from Germanic/Central European to ... further afield than that. If I'd do best to visit multiple locations, that's ok.
For the former group, I don't need to find head cheese or anything, but summer sausage would be a hit.
