Best German?

Ligament | Feb 22, 2003 05:20 PM

I am partial to Laschett's and Resi's for good german food. Laschett's has the best hackerpeter in town (basically steak tartare on rye bread). Also the best spaetzle.

However I had a phenomenal jagerschnitzel at Resi's the other day.

I have eaten at the Chicago Brauhaus and Mirabell's as well, not as impressed as the first two.

What are your favorites? Are you German/of German descent?
