I went to the garlic festival yesterday with my 2 little girls. We arrived late at 2:00 and when you are with 2 little girls it's a bit hard to navigate freely. We ate the bbq pulled pork sandwich with garlic coles slaw. It was very tasty, I wish it had more slaw. The 2 togther were a good combination of flavors. The lemon lime ade was perfect, not real sweet, and very refreshing. The best, was the steamed clams, with garlic sauce. Does anyone know how to make that type of garlic butter? It's something more then garlic and melted butter, I can't place my finger on it. It's the same sauce they use on most garlic crabs in Florida.
