I don't know if it's me but for the last 9 months or so the garlic I buy no longer lasts as long as it used to.
For years I've been able to just keep it in the drawer in the refrigerator for weeks on end. Now I'm lucky enough to get a week.
I've tried keeping in a pantry (inside/outside plastic bag) as well as on the counter. Nothing seems to help.
I'm thinking it's the supplier for my grocery store, but wanted to ask if others have experienced the same.
