What to do with Gardenburgers

I have a pack of Gardenburgers from Costco that needs to go (I specify because the patties are 150% the size of the normal retail patty; I haven't had them yet and am not sure if the formula is otherwise the same). I bought them in the middle of a Gardenburger bender earlier in the year, but got so burnt out on the things that I never made it to this box.

I'm not a vegetarian and I don't like faux meat. I find that the original flavor of Gardenburger is trying to be it's own thing, rather than imitate beef, and I like it's mushroomy taste (I can't say the same of their other products).

Usually I cook a couple patties sans bun with some cheese in the middle, like a grilled cheese with Gardenburgers as the bread. I'd really like to try something else with them, and am wary of recipes where they just act as a substitute for meat. Any suggestions?
