Just got back from a decadent lunch at Peach Farm Seafood and enjoyed my first soft shell crabs of the season. Wow, they were good. Better than I remember them. They really know how to respect the fryer there.

Also had some mustard greens and beef, which was more beef than greens.

The soft shell crab order is currently running around $18.
