OK gang, I'm stuck on a long cross-country trip Thursday on Southwest, and I think peanuts get a little old. I need ideas for a lunch to help while (sp?) away the hours. My requirements include: 1) Something that can be made the night before and refrigerated.....7 am is too early to be thinking about food. 2) Something that keeps (obviously), and 3) something easy to find and/or make in Reno, NV (my departure city....). We may have a fledging group of enthusiastic chowhounds but this isn't SF or NY, folks.
