Getting a full meal on the table using the COTM

mrshalf | Jan 22, 201906:19 AM     3

I'd love to hear how you go about working through a cookbook of the month. I've polled before on here and most of us go through - mark the recipes we like - shop for ingredients and try them.

Our cookbook of the month for February is Simple by Ottolenghi. He has full menus on page 294-298. I love this! We will attempt one Winter menu each weekend throughout February.

I'd love to utilize all these great cookbooks you all have inspired me to buy - and there are so many great ones. Would you share how you get from one recipe you like - say in Polpo for example - to having dinner on the table?
