Chowhound in the making here! Just wanted to know specifically the difference between the casseroles and hot pot? I've beaten casseroles in NYC's Chinatown, and they usually are presented as a clay/metal pot with the rice cooked along with the dish, so it's a little smoky, but so darn flavorful. Any insight? Which casserole/hot pot should I not miss tonight? Seriously craving something with meat! Thanks.
