wanting to try and make this..
concerns over these ingredients..
5 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 cups (32 ounces) fat-free frozen vanilla yogurt
1. do you think it will be too crystalized and stuff when frozen? I would like it creamy... but not too rich.. thought of using greek yogurt.. but do you think that would be too much?
I would be happy with the consistency of a pinkberry frozen yogurt.
what should i change to get that ?
