Frozen Korean blood sausage(Soondae) preparation question (moved from General Chowhounding Topics)

Just bought a pack of frozen Soondae, the lady at the store just told me to boil them. Should I defrost them first? If so, for how long, and when I boil them how high a temperature should I cook them on, and for how long.
