I used to buy frozen dumplings in a small, non-descript store on Noriega and 21st (in SF). They were hand-made by the people who owned the store, using only ingredients that I'd use myself. These used to be a good standby for me, but now I've moved to Berkeley.
Does anyone know where to get good frozen dumplings in the East Bay? I've tried different brands at Ranch 99, but these usually have some kind of preservative, and don't taste as fresh. Any places in Oakland Chinatown? Thanks!
