Frozen Cream Cheese, Can I use it in Cheesecake Recipe?

I am getting my ingredients out to make a cheesecake and I noticed that one of the three blocks of cream cheese is frozen from being in the way back of my fridge. Its all crumbly but the other two are fine(see photo). Do you think it's okay to mix this frozen one in with the non frozen ones when making my cheesecake recipe? The only other option I have is cream cheese that is in a tub container. the container is 16 oz, so I would need to use 1/2 of it, would this be a better option than including the frozen block one in my recipe? I would really appreciate your opinion on this. My cream cheeses are sitting in a bowl to get softened right now. Thanks in advance...Julie
