Frog and the Peach-New Brunswick NJ

A very enjoyable and pleasant evening at The Frog and the Peach Saturday..Our party of five was given the option of inside seating or patio...We chose the patio...Retro Gibson's where icy and garnished with outstanding marinated onions, passed on the wine list and we stayed with the Gibson's throughout the meal...Black truffle gnocchi w/basil pesto where light and perfectly seasoned...My main course was a Beef Tenderloin w/madera pepercorn sauce served as ordered med. rare with red chard and stilton mashed potatoes...Other dishes at the table where Brioche crusted lamb loin and Grilled duck breast e/mission figs served with a tomatoe coriander sauce...We did not share or taste, but there where no complaints...Molten chocolate cake and creme brulee where ordered by my companions, and I enjoyed a cheese course consisting of four cheeses total weight 3/8 lb.served with a fig compote..Sorry cannot rember names of the cheeses...Again did not share, but the plates LEFT NO CRUMBS...Service was prompt and not in your face....Cost 130.00 per incl. tip...To close this out Frog and Peach is still a top New Brunswick restaurant...My only question mark is why 8.00 valet parking charge????
