We want to give my in-laws (in Argentina) a bread machine. Can you use fresh yeast? We are not sure whether dry yeast is readily available in Buenos Aires.
I imagine that you would not be able to use the timer on the machine but still could dissolve the yeast in the liquid, pour it in the pan and let the machine do the work. Anyone have any experience with that?
