Fresh tofu in Philadelphia?

Hansel | May 11, 2009 03:39 PM

Does anyone have any suggestions of restaurants or shops that make their own tofu in the Philadelphia area? The only one restaurant I am familiar with is Aqua, a Malaysian restaurant at 705 Chestnut Street. I am getting addicted to their delicious fresh tofu that has a silky, custardy texture. (Try it in their mango tofu dish.) Does anyone have any other suggestions? I especially like the softer texture.
