I defrosted a fresh, raw, ham Christmas Eve. Due to illness in the family, our Christmas meal is postponed to New Years day. Exactly one week later. The ham is in the refridgerator now. Today being day 3 defrosted. Should I cook it, then freeze it again to re-heat on New years day? or Should I partially cook it? If I partially cook it, will it still be ok to serve on New Years. I don't know how to handle this. HELP! Thanks in Advance!
