Looked in many places for this but couldn't find an answer. I live in a place where fresh live clams are extremely cheap (less than $1/lb.) and yield a lot of juice when steamed. I love chowders and ceasars, however I'd rather not go through the whole process every day. With the amount of salt it has (or even adding some more), does anyone have any clue on how long I could store it in the fridge? A week hopefully?
I would buy bottled juice, but its not available where I live.
