French duck gizzard salad on any menus in Seattle?

Every once in a while I get a craving for a salad of duck gizzard confit, lardons, pine nuts, frisee and a really garlicky vinaigrette. This is quite a common offering on French menus in France, but (possibly due to a perceived or real squeamishness about offal in America) I haven't found it here. Anyone know where I could find duck gizzard salad in Seattle (or even Porltand)?
