Freezing yeast rolls and baking later

I'm going to try making some yeast rolls today (probably parker house rolls or something similar). I'd like to freeze them before baking and then bake on Thanksgiving day. Do I just follow all the steps up to baking and then freeze? Do I let them thaw on Thanksgiving before i bake them? Anything else I should know?

Thanks. I've made yeast rolls before, but never tried freezing before baking.
