Freezing Ricotta Ravioli Question

I can't believe it is November and my swiss chard is still growing in a pot outside. I want to make swiss chard rav's with dried porcini mushrooms and homemade ricotta.

Can I freeze homemade raviolis with ricotta and raw egg in the filling? If yes, how long can they stay in the freezer?
