Freezing ricotta?

cheeselover | Sep 3, 2005 12:07 PM

This may be a dumb question, but can you freeze ricotta? (The good, fresh kind, not the supermarket variety.) I bought lots more than I needed and if I keep it in the fridge, it'll go bad before I can use it up. Thanks.
