freezing mushroom turnovers...

having a party next weekend and i'm going to make a bunch of mushroom and brie turnovers that are made w/ phyllo dough. should i bake them before i freeze them? or just put them in the freezer unbaked. any tips for this? will they still come out good if i make them ahead of time?
