Freezing New England Clam Chowder

I’m into clamming now and want to stock up on my chowder by freezing it.

Recipe is From Jasper White, “New England Clam (Quahog) Chowder”. It’s a ‘rich creamy broth with clams, potatoes and cream.

Any Ideas?
