One of my friends gave me some leftovers on Saturday from a dinner party. Since it was a lot of food, I had to freeze the aloo gobi (indian dish of Cauliflower and potatoes). I was wondering if this is acceptable to do and still eat a few days later? Or does the Cauliflower not stay good if it is re-heated in microwave (i.e. become a nidus for bacteria)? I know potatoe's are probably going to be mushy.
