Francisco Centro Vasco - still a good lobster/ shellfish standby?

I wanted to take my boyfriend to Francisco Centro Vasco. Is it still a good standby for lobster/ shellfish? Has anyone had any recent experiences? What's the dress like? Approximately how much should I expect to spend? Over $100?
