WOW~ worked the fest for the first time this year and had a blast. It was such a different experience being behind the counter. I got to sample more of the food than ever (getting there early and staying late) and was totally blown away by some of the dishes being offered. My favorites were Bombay Club's chicken struedel and JacquesImo's duck poboy...anybody else find anything different/great?
