My brother gave me Susanna Hoffman's "Olive and Caper" for Christmas, and she goes on and on about how great it is to cook with a foufou--a terracotta charcoal broiler from greece. They are elegant, ancient, pretty, and wonerful to cook with --"a thing of beauty." I want one. My internet search was a bust. She says "They are made and sold only on the isalnd of Sifnos." Great. Anybody who knows how I can get me a foufou, let me know! Thanks
