Forming a dining club in Mount Kisco

My husband and I were out a La Camelia's Spanish restaurant in Mt. Kisco last night (absolutely delicious tapas and paella meal, with full pitcher of fruit-filled sangria, for $100), and looking around the restaurant noticed two things: there were several other couples dining by themselves, like us, and this wonderful restaurant was nearly empty on a Friday night. My subject line tells you where these observations led us. It'd be great to meet and dine with other couples in the area and get people out to all the wonderful local restaurants--we can think of 12 fun restaurants with good food in Mt. K right off the bat, from Temptation Tea House and the Japanese hibachi steak restaurant, to the ever-wonderful Fish Cellar and even the underrated Tuscan Oven. And then if you add in the other nearby communities in northern Westchester, such as Bedford, Katonah, Pleasantville and Chappaqua, you'd have enough great places to do a dine-out monthly for years.
I'm new to this board and just wondered if there's some club like this already in existence? And if not, is anyone interested in forming The Mt. K Dining Club? I think a simple interactive website (or maybe just a mailing list?) telling where and when the dine-outs will happen, and some fliers/cards pointing people to the site strategically posted around the neighborhood(s)could get the whole thing going pretty easily and fast. It would be a great, low-key way to meet some fellow chowhounds while bringing neglected restaurants like La Camelia the diners they deserve. I was Googling around today and came across a lot of singles dining clubs that have worked out the kinks as to RSVPs and paying the checks, so we wouldn't have to reinvent the wheel in terms of logistics...
