Foods high in nucleotides

Hi, all.

I've recently begun integrating MSG judiciously into my cooking.

From what I can gather, the glutamates are the molecules that trigger the receptors in the brain that detect umami. I don't think nucleotides alone can trigger them.

However, nucleotides in conjunction with glutamates can amplify the umami sensation. So, my question is: what are some good ideas for foods or products extremely high in nucleotides?
