Yes, exactly in that order. A bunch of my friends are flying into Boston near the end of August and I'm in the midst of planning an itinerary for them. We are planning to take full day excursions (less than 2 hours driving from Boston) that incorporate food (seafood), beach/hiking, and shopping (farms, markets or organic produce similar to Verrill in Concord or Wilson in Lexington). I have started a preliminary list. Please post more restaurants, farm/markets and if I overlooked a great location. Looking for low key and casual. Thanks!

Beach - Singing Beach - Manchester by the Sea
Food - Back Eddy's (Fried seafood) / Christina's (Ice cream)

Duxbury Beach - Duxbury

Beach - Good Harbour Beach - Gloucester
Food - Farnhams

Beach - Plum Island
Food - Clam Box (fried seafood)

Beach - Crane Beach
Food - Essex Seafood (fried seafood)
Farms - Russell Orchards

Beach - Horseneck Beach
Food- Tony's
