So much food. Help!

Hi all,

We (husband and I) will be in New York for the first time end of May/early June. We have five full days in New York, so have been doing a lot of food research (possibly more food research than sightseeing research!) and have a compiled a list of possible eatings, mainly from Yelp. Trouble is, we have some double ups in terms of cuisine, so looking for advice on what's good, what to drop and what to add! So here goes:

- Katz deli
- Sarge's deli
- Carnegie deli

- Keste
- Juliana's in Brooklyn (could possibly do both. Is it worth doing both?)

Fried Chicken
- Sweet Chick
- Pies 'N' Thighs ( I see there are two locations. Are they both good?)
- Root & Bone

BBQ (mostly for wings, ribs)
- Mudville 9
- Mighty Quinn's (considering the Liberty St branch after a day at SOL and 9/11 museum)
- Dinosaur Bar-B-Que (in Harlem area. Worth travelling to?)

- Two Little Red Hens
- Four & Twenty Blackbirds
- Dough
Any other suggestions for bakeries? My husband loves donuts and really wants to try some American-style pies...

We also need some breakfast suggestions. Are any of those options up there good for breakfast? I'm thinking that pizza, fried chicken and BBQ are not really breakfast foods, so they're more lunch and dinner places? Our hotel is like a minute walk away from Ess-A-Bagel, so that could be good for a couple of breakfasts...?

Suggestions also welcome for a japanese meal. Ippudo Westsidw looks good. Yes? And also something to snack on as we walk around Chinatown...
