"Low FODMAP" options for a party?

sockii | Nov 27, 201402:22 PM     8

So I'm planning for my annual Christmas/holiday party, where I do make an effort to have options foodwise for most people (or at least be able to identify what's in what.) I find out one attendee is on a "low-FODMAP" diet because of IBS and a bunch of intolerances and am just asking for guidance on what is a good/easy option for such a restriction? Because my eyes are glazing over trying to read the wikipedia entry. I only need 1-2 dishes that could fit this, since I basically make a huge buffet where I already plan to have vegetarian, vegan, and of course many omnivore-friendly dishes available.
