What's in the fluorescent red cooked smoked salmon?

I usually eat cold smoked salmon or vac sealed cooked smoked salmon but noticed this on the cold shelf in the seafood section. It was (unnaturally) bright red. The label had no ingredient list, just said "Smoked Pink Salmon". It was wrapped like a filet would be, styrofoam tray wrapped in cellophane. Does anyone know what this is? If it's obviously been dyed doesn't it need an ingredient list?
