I've been to a few fish markets and seafood restaurants in LA and I still haven't seen flounder in any markets or on menus. I do like salmon and halibut but flounder is by far my favorite. Either broiled or blackened and even used as the fish in fish and chips.

I just read the flounder at Hop Li and will be certain to make a trip there soon.
