Can I fix my runny buttermilk pie?

Last night I cooked two buttermilk pies. I followed the recipe exactly. This morning when I cut one of the pies I realized that the center never set. Looking back at other recipes I see most say to cook for an hour. My recipe only called for 45 minutes. Is there any way of saving the second pie? Can I bake it for longer after it has already completely cooled? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
