Fissler Profi / Gastronomie experience

JohnLearnsToCook | Jul 1, 201803:24 PM

I've been looking for a larger stockpot lately, and came across a few listing for Fissler Profi (not Original Profi) / Gastronomie pots, which seem unreasonably cheap for Fissler pots. They look like they have a disc base but unlike the Original Profi, they don't extend to the edge of the pot. The upside is that they come in some larger sizes than the Original Profi series.

I can find next to no information on these (including on the Fissler website), but the listing that I have found are from reliable sites, so I'm fairly sure that they are actually Fissler pots.

Does anyone have more information on this series, or has any experience using them?

For an example, listing: https://www.renaud.nl/fissler-gastron...
