hey there - your recipe for the baja fish tacos was EXCELLENT (scroll down to last week if you are looking for the recipe - its found under my original post re leftover chipotle). My execution needs some work, particularly in obtaining consistent batter and aesthetics of the finished fried fish...the first piece was a beauty - the subsequent pieces were here and there. And, the batter is excellent for shrimp as well. Anyway, practice makes perfect and I will undertake a second batch this weekend. Muchas gracias for the help!
