"Fish skin" won ton?

Melanie Wong | Feb 15, 200202:50 AM     2

Lambert Yee posted for Ying Kee: "What make us drive all the way to Oakland is the "Fish Skin"
Won Ton's the pasta is the smoothest and lightest I have ever had in the States. I do not
know you can buy this type of skin here. I have only been able to get some from freinds
who had it shipped from Hong Kong. "

I'm wondering if this is the same type of special won ton that HLing described below as being made from pounded pork and yam flour.
