Charged with the responsibility of making dinner for 15 relatives and having decided based upon various dietary preferences to go with fish as the main course, I thought that a fish casserole might be a good choice (cooks in bulk, in the oven, not a need to have one fillet per person separated out).
Does anyone have any good recipes? I'm specifically not looking for tuna casseroles, preferably something with white/non-steak fish fillets and that will work on this scale and not involve massive preparation. Any suggestions are welcome.
